Local and Global Missions

Here at Boise New Hope we are invested not only in the mission opportunities around the world, but also here locally in Boise. Our people are invested in being the hands and feet of Jesus whether it is volunteering, supporting, or praying.

local missions

There are ample opportunities to get involved with local missions here at New Hope. We are involved with: Hands of Hope, the Boise Rescue Mission, City Light home for Women and Children, and Mission Aviation Fellowship.

Global misions

Here at Boise New Hope we also have a heart for global missions. As part of the Church of the Nazarene we are connected with over 700 missionaries in 162 world areas who are spreading the Gospel through compassionate ministries, work and witness, and evangelism. Our hands are not only open to those in our neighborhood, but also those around the world. We even have the privilege to support two of our families who are involved in Extreme Nazarene both locally and in Brazil!

The Dahlgran family

Matt and Kathleen have been serving with Extreme Nazarene here in Boise since 2015 where he works as the Donor Development Coordinator. Matt and Kathleen have four children; Grace, Anna, Madalyn and Isaac. Matt and Kathleen endeavor to follow God in such a way that those around them can see his work, provision, and power in their lives.

David Basset,

40/40 church planter

David Bassett was called to the mission field when he was 14 years old and has been working hard to follow Jesus ever since. He has let God lead his life in many ways and the Lord has truly opened doors in his life! As hard as it is to be obedient to Our heavenly father it is more important than anything! David Bassett is trying his hardest to be obedient to the one who holds it all. God has opened the door for David to change hearts and share the good news in Brazil! God is good! Help David get there by donation and prayer for him and the mission team.
